SICK IVP Integrated Vision Products, a leading supplier of sensor systems for high-speed machine vision, has released a new line of powerful 3D imaging products - Ranger C. This new product series uses Camera Link technology to interface with the PC. This allows for easier integration and fast acquisition rates. In 3D mode, Ranger C acquires up to 30 000 profiles per second, each containing up to 1536 high quality 3D coordinates. The triangulation calculations are completely executed by the Ranger Camera.
