Detecting damaged waffles and counting stacked waffles When making waffles there are sometimes problems with getting enough dough poured onto the baking plate, or that the waffle sticks to the baking place and gets damaged. The result is non-perfect waffles. To fulfil high consumer expectations the damaged waffles should be rejected before being packaged. It is also important to verify the number of waffles in a stack to prevent packaging jams and rejects when the number is too low.
